HELLO, I’m Nigel Batchelor

Nigel Batchelor is a former chef turned food maker + baker. He has competed on the Great Canadian Baking Show(CBC), Halloween Cookie Challenge(Food Network) and Crime Scene Kitchen(Fox).

He is a niche disc sport enthusiast, an avid TTRPG dungeon master + fantasy lore goblin, playwright + comedy writer, and gourmand.

When he is not making food he is a Manager of Operations for a provincial frisbee organization, a videographer and digital content creator.

He is also a former sports writer + editor, podcaster, graphic designer, and director of media in professional sport.
